Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays or if other information is provided) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over SEK 1000. For orders under SEK 1000, a flat rate of SEK 79 will be applied.

3. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days.

 

International Shipping

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays or if other information is provided) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on location:

EUROPE: 2-4 business days.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

1. Domestic (Sweden):

  • All prices include VAT. No additional taxes or customs duties are applied for domestic orders.

2. International:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lodenius Atelier is not responsible for any charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

1. Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at order@lodeniusatelier.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at order@lodeniusatelier.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we'll assist you from there.
